What counts as a product?
A single product that is active on your Shopify store is counted as a product. We only count products that are active and published to the online store towards your quota.
What is an impression?
Whenever someone interacts with Sparq Filters & Search on your store, we count that as an impression. For a typical store with 10,000 monthly users, you would consume 25,000 impressions.
What happens when the plan limit exceeds?
Firstly, your services are not affected when you exceed the plan limit. The system will compute the additional usage and add a one-time charge to cover the additional products/impressions used.
What happens once the trial is complete?
Do not worry. We save all your settings and filter data and once you upgrade you will be able to use it with no additional work.
We strongly recommend subscribing before your trial completes. Even if you subscribe early, you still get 14 days free of charge app usage.
Is there a free plan?
We do not offer a free plan but have a 14 days trial that allows you to use all our premium features without needing your payment details.
